It has a history here in Wilmington, Delaware. It has changed names over the years and first was named the Horse & Buggy, then The Buggy Tavern which started in a location 3 miles up Marsh Road before changing to Murph’s Irish Pub. We have been called a dive bar, sports bar, and local watering hole.
